We're back, and we're stronger than ever. Let's honour our resilience, tend to our well-being, nourish our bodies and open our hearts.

These have been strong times for all of us, these continue to be strong times. And strong times call for strong hearts.

Let rhythm be your guide, the earth your home, and tribe your companion.

This course is for people who have already been drumming and dancing with us, or those with some experience, so we can drop deeper. With our usual collaboration of drum and dance we will bring the balm of community to these strange days through these intelligent traditions from west Africa.
