We're back, and we're stronger than ever. Let's honour our resilience, tend to our well-being, nourish our bodies and open our hearts.

These have been strong times for all of us, these continue to be strong times. And strong times call for strong hearts.

Let rhythm be your guide, the earth your home, and tribe your companion. With our usual collaboration of drum and dance we will bring the balm of community to these strange days through these intelligent traditions from west Africa.

With support from the national lottery community fund, we are able to offer heavily subsidised and free places on this course. We really understand that finances can be stretched in these times.
