Join us for an opening reception of ‘Play’. This exhibition brings together more than 50 abstract paintings & paper installations created by Sara Downhal-Lotto, founder of Art Lab.

About the event
MakeTank is thrilled to host a solo art show "Play" by Sara Downham-Lotto. Sara is a founder of @ArtsLabUK, who partnered with us to develop experimental visual arts programme at MakeTank as part of our art+performance+design offer. ‘Play’ brings together more than 50 abstract paintings & paper installations created in the last 12 years. Sara Downhal-Lotto's use of colour & mixed media 2D & 3D games with circles (lots of circles) invites audiences to enjoy the simple act of looking in new ways, interacting & participating. Kids & adults are invited to add to the wall of colour, so that the 2,700 sq ft gallery space brims with laughter & light. Opening view: Thurs 30th Sept 6-8pm Show dates: 1st-15th October Times: Tues-Fr 12-5pm; Sat & Sun 11am-4pm FREE ENTRY
