About the event
Tickets via eventbrite £6 or pay what you can
Join Lizzy Humber (Mothers Who Make Exeter) for Mothers on the Mic - a revolutionary and relaxed performance space in Exeter with the mother of all line-ups. There will be an exciting headline set from the award winning poet/mother Fiona Benson and support from Alt-Folk artist /mother Holly Ebony. Local m/other artists will also share songs and poetry.
The platform is an opportunity for local artists who are m/others to have their voices amplified and offer development opportunities that support their caring roles. Expect a relaxed and lively space, where children are welcome alongside too. There will be toys, mats and a supportive environment. You do not have to be a parent/carer to enjoy this. Everyone is welcome!
